Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Job Summary

Client-focused and detail-oriented, the full-time Project Manager - Mechanical Construction will manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets for HVAC and plumbing new construction projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage all project documentation and budgets, ensuring financial success and profitability
• Schedule and lead project hand-off meetings, collaborating with field supervisors and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
• Prepare monthly project billing, manage safety and quality standards, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Previous work experience in project management or a BS/BA degree in Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is preferred
• Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience in a supervisory role
