Job Summary

Managing all aspects of medical communications projects, the full-time Project Manager - Medical Communications will oversee content development, advisory boards, and speaker training while working remotely, ensuring client expectations are met and programs remain on target.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of individual projects
• Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure within-budget, on-time, on-strategy performance

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment
• Previous experience working in medical affairs tactics
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
