Job Summary

Managing all aspects of medical communications projects, the full-time Project Manager - Medical Communications will oversee content development, advisory boards, and speaker training while working remotely to ensure client expectations and project objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial monitoring and reconciliation
• Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget performance

Required qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is required
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information
