Project Manager, Medical Policy

Job Summary

Supporting the Medical Policy team, the full-time Project Manager, Medical Policy will manage day-to-day operations, collaborate with various stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of clinical guidelines in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project management activities and support team responsibilities as assigned
• Oversee the publication of clinical guidelines and maintain critical information for accurate guideline publication
• Prepare reports and dashboards to represent project activity and apply project management methodologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of project management experience or a High School/Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
• Project Management Institute Certification or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Green Belt
• Knowledge of project management practices and healthcare management (CPT Codes, Medicare/Medicaid)
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Product Suite
