Project Manager - Medical Publications

Job Summary

To support a dynamic team in the medical communications field, the remote Project Manager - Medical Publications will manage all aspects of publications projects from inception to completion, ensuring client expectations are met while overseeing budget development and multidisciplinary project teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members
• Manage budgeting, financial monitoring, and reconciliation of individual projects
• Facilitate progress of multidisciplinary project teams to ensure on-time and within-budget performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a publications environment
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with publication management platforms, such as iEnvision/Datavision and PubStrat
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information
