Project Manager/MEP Design Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex commercial real estate projects, the full-time remote Project Manager/MEP Design Manager will manage project delivery activities, serve as the main client liaison, and foster cross-business collaboration to exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the successful completion of multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects
• Act as the primary representative for clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and communication
• Spearhead business development efforts in new sectors and collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical/Electrical engineering discipline; advanced degrees are desirable
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in the Design and Construction industry, with 7+ years in Commercial Real Estate Project Management
• Proven track record in delivering complex commercial real estate and design/construction projects
• Experience with advanced project controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and cost estimating
• PMP and LEED certifications preferred, along with knowledge of a disciplined Project Management process
