Project Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions)

Job Summary

Driving business transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager (Mergers & Acquisitions) will manage cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational excellence and client outcomes while supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership and teams to identify process improvement opportunities and define project goals
• Manage strategic business transformation projects focused on enhancing RCM operations and technology adoption
• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, resource allocation, and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required; MBA preferred
• PMP certification
• 5+ years of project management experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in revenue cycle management
• Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes within the healthcare sector
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders
