Job Summary
Managing early-stage commercial solar and storage projects, the full-time Project Manager - Midwest will coordinate with various stakeholders, oversee project due diligence, and ensure projects are shovel-ready, working remotely or from select offices with potential travel up to 10% annually.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the management of engineering, permitting, procurement, and construction for multiple solar projects
- Generate reports on project status, progress, and issues for company management
- Develop and implement project work plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with budget and scope requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, Architecture, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of project management experience in ground mount commercial solar development, with projects of at least 1 MW
- Strong knowledge of ground mount solar projects in the Northeastern US
- Understanding of power systems and electrical grid concepts
