Project Manager - Migration

Job Summary

To support a marketing migration initiative, the remote contract Project Manager - Migration will manage and track the end-to-end migration of email campaigns from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Adobe Journey Optimizer, coordinating across teams and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns by year-end.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and track migration activities for email campaigns from SFMC to AJO
• Monitor development progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Coordinate with marketing, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of project management experience, preferably in marketing technology or digital marketing
• Experience with multi-channel marketing initiatives and campaign execution
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar platforms
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet
