Project Manager, MLE Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Time-bound), MLE Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MLE design and implementation for SFS expansion into a new geography, adapting strategies based on existing programs
• Execute global MLE strategy workstreams and support documentation of cross-country MLE findings
• Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment and quality across MLE activities, supporting data quality assurance processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in developing M&E frameworks and conducting implementation research
• Ability to manage complex workplans and prioritize effectively while handling multiple projects
• Data analysis skills with experience using statistical software, preferably Stata
• Experience working in or with programs in sub-Saharan Africa
• Professional working proficiency in French is strongly preferred
