Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Non-Emergency Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer order requests for managed site services products and ensure accurate data entry into Salesforce
• Provide accurate quotes to customers and coordinate with vendors to deliver services on time while maximizing margins
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle and develop long-term relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a related industry or equivalent processes
• Experience in a customer-facing remote environment
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various sites simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
