Job Summary
Managing Major Account customer-focused projects end to end, the full-time salaried Project Manager - Non-Emergency Services will work remotely to handle quoting, vendor coordination, and service delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction and documentation accuracy.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and enter customer order requests into Salesforce, ensuring quality data entry
- Provide accurate quotes to customers and coordinate with vendors to maximize margins and minimize costs
- Proactively communicate project status and updates to customers throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a related industry or equivalent processes and tools
- Experience in a customer-facing remote environment with effective communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
- Experience managing multiple projects across various sites simultaneously
- Ability to maintain high energy levels and adapt to changing circumstances
