Job Summary
Project Manager, Non-Interventional Studies, is a full-time position responsible for leading cross-functional project teams, managing project delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost, and serving as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the cross-functional project team to ensure project deliverables are met
- Manage customer expectations and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- Drive risk identification and issue resolution at the project level
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- 8+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in clinical trials or non-interventional studies
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including financial acumen
- Technical competency with systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
