Project Manager Non Tech

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager Non Tech 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects across various departments
• Create detailed plans, maintain tracking documentation, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
• Draft and send weekly program updates summarizing priorities, blockers, and key milestones

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management in an operations or technical environment
• PMP certification or formal training preferred
• Experience working with localization workflows and nonprofit SaaS or grant-based systems is a plus
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for tracking engineering work items
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
