Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (Non Tech 4) to oversee the rollout of Self Serve Email capabilities in Relationship Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage operating rhythms, including documentation and status reporting
Translate rollout plans into actionable readiness criteria and ensure successful launches
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop change management materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
8-10 years of experience in program and operating rhythm management
8+ years of experience in rollout readiness and change execution
8+ years of experience in documentation and enablement delivery
PMI/PMP certification preferred
