Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve project goals and ensure seamless integration of activities
• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients and stakeholders effectively
• Recruit, assign, direct, and evaluate team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in project or program management, especially in complex rollout environments
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification preferred
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project delivery
• Strong skills in operating rhythm management, risk and dependency tracking, and UAT coordination
