Project Manager (Non-Technical)
Job Summary
Leading strategic finance and technology initiatives, the remote Project Manager (Non-Technical) will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital finance transformation projects while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Shared Services, and implementation partners
- Drive initiatives involving SAP and related finance technologies, ensuring business readiness and transition to support teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience leading business and technology initiatives
- Proven experience delivering finance transformation, ERP, or digital process improvement projects
- Strong understanding of finance processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Experience working in SAP environments; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or SAP BTP is highly desirable
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certification preferred
