Project Manager, North America

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee Brand Protection, Community Management, and Social Insights projects for clients in North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure seamless service delivery on client projects, including oversight of deliverables and performance against KPIs
• Coordinate project activities, serve as a liaison between clients and teams, and support client relationship management
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all platforms are connected per the Statement of Work

Required Qualifications

• Project Management experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
• Significant experience with project management tools, such as Monday.com
• Understanding of social media services including monitoring, strategy, and insights
• Preferred experience in people management
• Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho
