Project Manager - NY Licensed

Job Summary

To support ongoing construction management efforts, the full-time Project Manager - NY Licensed will monitor contract performance, manage schedule alignment, and assess potential risks for a portfolio of Tier 1 projects while working completely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monitoring and reporting of construction progress and attend multi-agency meetings
• Organize and conduct site visits for assigned projects while maintaining compliance tracking tools
• Develop project metrics and generate reports to communicate project status to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• B.S. with 10 years of construction experience or M.S. with 3-7 years of construction experience
• Certified PMP preferred
• OSHA 10-hour construction safety training required; OSHA 30 preferred
• Experience with construction management and schedule creation
• Familiarity with NYS Article VII Environmental Management processes
