Project Manager of Site Acquisition

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of site acquisition, due diligence, design coordination, and permitting for ILA facilities, the full-time Project Manager of Site Acquisition will work remotely to ensure sites are secured, vetted, and permitted in alignment with program schedules and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential sites for ILA deployment and lead negotiations for land purchases and lease agreements
• Manage site due diligence activities, including title reviews, surveys, and environmental assessments
• Oversee the permitting process across local, state, and federal jurisdictions, ensuring timely submissions and approvals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Three to seven (3-7) years of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or infrastructure deployment
• Experience with land use, zoning, and permitting processes
• Proven experience supporting land purchase or lease negotiations
• Familiarity with telecom or infrastructure projects preferred
