Project Manager of Site Acquisition

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of site acquisition and permitting for ILA facilities, the full-time Project Manager of Site Acquisition will identify potential sites, coordinate due diligence activities, and oversee the permitting process while ensuring alignment with program schedules and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate potential sites for ILA deployment, including land purchases and lease agreements
• Manage site due diligence activities and coordinate with engineering and construction teams on site design and constructability
• Oversee the permitting process across various jurisdictions, including preparing and submitting permit applications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Three to seven years of experience in site acquisition, permitting, or infrastructure deployment
• Experience with land use, zoning, and permitting processes
• Familiarity with telecom or infrastructure projects preferred
• Environmental permitting experience is a plus
