Project Manager, Onboarding Implementation

Job Summary

Overseeing complex telecom service projects, the full-time Strategic Onboarding and Implementation Project Manager will manage cross-functional coordination and stakeholder relationships while ensuring technical and contractual requirements are met for initiatives involving Enhanced Dark Fiber.

Key responsibilities

• Manage large datasets, including issuing and managing orders, and reporting results to stakeholders
• Execute project plans with dependencies, manage project milestones, and meet performance metrics
• Develop and maintain bulk load templates and toolsets for Large Project onboarding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing telecom service projects
• Advanced experience with Salesforce and MS Office suite, including Visio
• Core competency with big data management and change management techniques
• Thorough knowledge of project management methodology at strategic and tactical levels
