Job Summary

To drive high-impact operational initiatives, the full-time remote Project Manager, Operational Transformation will manage cross-functional projects, translate organizational priorities into structured plans, and enhance operational excellence across clinical and administrative functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership, translating business goals into actionable project roadmaps and performance metrics
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, managing multiple initiatives and adapting to evolving business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in clinical operations or enterprise project management
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong critical thinking and ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization
