Project Manager Operations

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and data-savvy, the full-time Project Manager, Operations will analyze operational and payment data, build and maintain dashboards, and drive initiatives to optimize payment processing workflows, working remotely or in a hybrid environment in Manhattan, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage Excel, BI tools, and SQL to analyze operational data and present findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and execute data-informed operational projects
• Identify and recommend process improvements based on data insights to enhance efficiency and scalability in payment processing

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working with operational data
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and intermediate formulas
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; SQL skills are a plus
• Proficiency in AI tools for technical problem-solving and process optimization
• Interest in payments, financial services, or transaction processing
