Project Manager, Operations

Job Summary

Managing multiple large and complex projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager, Operations will lead initiatives with budgets up to $2M, utilizing various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall while collaborating across departments to drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Manages multiple large projects simultaneously, defining scope, objectives, and success metrics
• Leads project execution using various PPM approaches, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Conducts stakeholder analyses and develops communication and change management plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management operations or 8 years of related experience
• 7 years of project management experience with increasing responsibilities
• Certification in PMP, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt, or Agile/Scrum Master preferred
• Solid knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Extensive experience with project management tools like Innotas/Project Server
