Job Summary

To maximize healthcare vendor performance and mitigate operational risks, the full-time Remote Project Manager Operations will manage vendor relationships, coordinate project stages including RFPs and onboarding, and collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develops project plans, schedules, and budgets while maintaining relationships with departmental units
• Organizes and manages all project phases to meet schedule, cost, and performance objectives
• Prepares requests for proposals and facilitates selection processes, monitoring project performance and communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field
• Two years of professional experience in project management with a Master's degree, or five years with a Bachelor's degree
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and tools
