Job Summary

Leading initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline processes, the full-time remote Project Manager, Optimization will manage projects from conception to implementation, ensuring they deliver significant business impacts.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives for new projects, process improvements, and change management
• Anticipate bottlenecks and prioritize projects to ensure successful execution and quality outcomes
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to facilitate project success

Required qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or fintech, with card issuing experience as a plus
• Proven track record in leading projects and executing complex initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields
• Experience in a Payments Company or financial institution
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on identifying process improvements
