Project Manager Organic Certification

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of organic certification projects, the full-time remote Project Manager Organic Certification will coordinate the certification workflow from application to decision, serve as the primary client contact, and ensure timely progression of project milestones while maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage certification projects from intake through decision and renewal, ensuring document readiness and inspection scheduling
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, explaining certification steps and coordinating corrective actions
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate progression through each stage of the certification process

Required qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of the organic industry and organic certification principles
• Prior experience in organic certification, food, or a regulated environment preferred
• Two or more years of account management, client management, or project management experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
