Project Manager, OSP Construction

Job Summary

Managing the quality and timely completion of construction projects, the full-time remote Project Manager, OSP Construction will oversee project management processes, coordinate with vendor partners, and ensure adherence to company and government guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project activities using project management tools to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
• Create long and short-term project plans, setting targets for milestones and coordinating regular meetings for alignment
• Perform risk assessments, resolve issues, and maintain comprehensive project documentation while providing regular reports to leadership

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum five (5) years of telecommunication or equivalent project management experience
• Experience managing large-scale projects with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Outside Plant (OSP) architectures and proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Understanding of LEAN concepts
