Job Summary
To enhance the partner experience, the full-time Project Manager, Partner Experience will manage the Justworks Channel Partner program by developing strategic infrastructure, maintaining partner operations, and supporting program initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and implement the Justworks Partner program in collaboration with the Partner Program Manager
- Maintain operations for partner onboarding, benefits, contract renewals, and scaled communications
- Manage program development and refinement, focusing on scalability and partner engagement through various tools
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years in a support or project management role, preferably in tech, HR, or service-focused industries
- Proficiency with customer support platforms like Zendesk and CRM systems; familiarity with project management tools like Asana is a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
- Strong background in customer service or partner support, with a proven track record of improving satisfaction and enablement
