Key Responsibilities

• Execute patient-focused research studies from kickoff through closeout, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline project workflows and maintain project efficiency
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies while maintaining organized records and contributing to process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer-facing project management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Professional fluency in Spanish; French or Italian language skills preferred
• Experience in market research, healthcare, or regulated environments is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common project management tools
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or other project management credentials are desirable
