Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Payroll & Learning Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, including milestones, timelines, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Establish and maintain project governance, including workstream meetings, status reporting, and steering committee coordination
- Lead cross-functional coordination with HR, technology teams, country teams, and external vendors
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Project Management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong experience with project planning, governance frameworks, and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive projects from planning through execution
- Proven ability to identify risks proactively, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes
- Experience supporting HR-related initiatives such as Payroll or Learning & Development programs is preferred
