Project Manager - Pega Decisioning

Job Summary

To support decisioning strategy initiatives, the contract Project Manager - Pega Decisioning will manage testing of decisioning logic changes, interface with development teams for requirements and defect fixes, and translate business needs into actionable decisioning solutions, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into decisioning logic and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Execute testing of decisioning system changes and validate outcomes through UAT and regression testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and communicate project updates to senior management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or a related technical area with 5+ years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of Pega Decisioning and experience with marketing technologies
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Familiarity with SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis languages for validating decisioning logic
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and creating business requirements documentation
