Job Summary
Leading the development of innovative solutions, the full-time remote Project Manager - Consumer Initiated Testing will manage cross-functional teams to create and implement products that address customer needs and drive growth in the healthcare sector.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and develop products that meet customer needs and drive profitable growth
- Develop and execute the annual Operating Plan in collaboration with Value Delivery partners
- Assess new products and solutions to prioritize initiatives within R&D, IT, and Operations
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, with at least 3 years in marketing and product management
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or Product Management; advanced degree/MBA preferred
- Knowledge of go-to-market strategies and alignment in the healthcare sector
- Experience in developing strategic and annual operating plans
- Proven track record of achieving revenue, volume, and margin targets
