Project Manager, People Operations

Job Summary

To support the People Operations team, the full-time remote Project Manager, People Operations will manage end-to-end projects, optimize workflows, and collaborate across functions to ensure successful delivery of high-priority initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Tackle complex project challenges from definition to final recommendation
• Develop and implement project plans while keeping all stakeholders informed and engaged
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, or consulting, with at least 2 years in an HR team
• Proven ability to navigate complexity and drive results effectively
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as HR, Finance, and Legal
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies like Agile and Scrum
