Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Performance Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects that align with strategic, operational, clinical, and financial goals
• Develop project schedules and manage project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Establish relationships with stakeholders and communicate project progress, risks, and results

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Industrial Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 3-4 years of project management, consulting, or performance improvement experience
• Experience in healthcare management or leading large initiatives with significant organizational impact preferred
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
• Proven results and achievements in relevant areas of experience preferred
