Job Summary
To support the growth of permitting operations, the full-time remote Project Manager, Permitting will manage multiple projects, advise clients on regulatory processes, and collaborate with municipal officials to ensure timely approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules to streamline complex processes
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes
- Build and maintain relationships with municipal staff to accelerate approval times
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting
- Strong familiarity with local building codes and zoning regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Proficient in relevant software tools and adaptable to new systems
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related field
