Project Manager - Pharma

Job Summary

Working remotely on a temp-to-perm basis, the Project Manager - Pharma will manage the production of promotional materials within a global pharmaceutical company, ensuring content accuracy and efficiency in an Agile team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Agile team to create, adapt, and manage content for various digital promotional materials
• Oversee multiple operational projects from concept kickoff to final approval, ensuring adherence to brand promotional standards
• Work closely with internal teams and external creative agencies to regularly update and refresh content

Required qualifications

• BS degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Management, or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years of project and marketing experience, preferably in a regulated industry
• Knowledge of Agile Methodology and Veeva PromoMats experience highly desired
• Prior experience in managing promotional materials under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment
