Job Summary

Leading project execution, the full-time Project Manager, Pharma Agency will create project plans, manage resources, and oversee budgets while working remotely to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Responsible for the creation of Scope of Work (SOW) and managing project timelines and budgets
  • Collaborates with agency teams to establish effective project plans and allocate resources
  • Maintains daily communications with team members to identify and resolve project issues and risks
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-5 years of project or account management experience in a Pharma agency environment
  • Experience with timeline development and budget management
  • Proficiency in PC, MS Office Suite, Workfront, and Jira
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
