Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for executive leadership and manage day-to-day operations of strategic initiatives
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines and actions are tracked and reported
• Facilitate project meetings, develop agendas, and ensure follow-through on deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of professional project management experience in biotech or pharma
• Proven ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience with project management software and tools
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training preferred
