Project Manager, Platform
Job Summary
Managing the end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives, the full-time contractor Project Manager, Platform will orchestrate complex project deliveries, drive risk mitigation, and facilitate high-impact meetings in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of large-scale projects, managing dependencies across curriculum writing, software engineering, and production
- Map and manage project timelines, identifying long-lead items to protect launch dates
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders with clear, data-backed information
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or creative publishing
- Fluency in hybrid methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Stage-Gate

- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts across diverse teams
- Experience in managing both digital and physical product deliveries
