Job Summary

To enhance suicide prevention care for Veterans at elevated risk, the full-time remote Project Manager, PMP Certified, will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Elevated Risk Care Management Pilot, serving as the primary contractor liaison with the Veterans Health Administration and coordinating project activities across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for project-related matters and manage project activities according to approved requirements and timelines
• Coordinate the implementation of the ERCM Pilot across selected sites, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and workflow implementation
• Support the development and execution of project evaluation activities, preparing performance-monitoring products and documentation for leadership review

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, health services, public health, project management, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of relevant project/program management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Preferred experience supporting the Veterans Health Administration or another large integrated healthcare system
