Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide initiatives, the full-time Project Manager - Policy Governance will support the People Governance and Leadership Development team by reviewing and modernizing organizational policies and processes in a fully remote, one-year contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive policy audits and gap analyses to ensure regulatory alignment and best practices
- Establish and maintain a robust policy inventory with a prioritization matrix for ongoing updates
- Implement an electronic policy review process to enhance workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in policy governance, compliance, or a related field
- Proficiency in federal, state, and local labor laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO)
- Demonstrated expertise in policy development, technical writing, and risk mitigation
- Hands-on experience conducting audits, identifying risks, and implementing compliance frameworks
