Project Manager - Power & Energy

Job Summary

To lead the successful delivery of complex projects, the full-time salaried Project Manager - Power & Energy will manage project risk strategies, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure effective risk mitigation while working remotely or from an office in Amarillo, TX.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project risk management frameworks tailored to major capital and infrastructure programs
• Facilitate risk identification workshops and oversee quantitative risk analyses, ensuring accountability for mitigation actions
• Deliver risk briefings to senior leadership and maintain comprehensive risk documentation for audits and governance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant experience in project risk management or related areas
• Deep understanding of project risk management methodologies and advanced proficiency in quantitative risk modeling techniques
• Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary projects in sectors such as infrastructure, transportation, or energy
• Proficient in risk tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis or @RISK
