Job Summary
Accountable for the overall delivery of cross-functional projects, the full-time remote Project Manager - Pregnancy Registries will serve as the primary contact between the sponsor and the organization, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards while leading a project team to meet deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization, managing customer expectations and communication pathways
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and financial stewardship
- Facilitate risk identification and issue resolution while leading cross-functional project teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
- 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably with a focus on pregnancy registry studies or virtual trials
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including time, quality, and cost management
- Technical proficiency in systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
