Project Manager, Professional Services

Job Summary

Managing multiple customer implementation projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager, Professional Services will lead complex software implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer implementation projects from kickoff through successful go-live
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items
• Serve as the primary project contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering SaaS software implementations or complex customer-facing projects
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementation projects with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Experience implementing enterprise software, preferably within higher education or administrative systems
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills in remote environments
