Project Manager, Program Management

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery of the DOS-funded ANKADRE project in Haiti, the full-time Project Manager will coordinate administrative, programmatic, and operational aspects, ensuring compliance, budget tracking, and quality reporting while working in a hybrid environment across various locations in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day implementation of project activities, ensuring adherence to policies and quality standards
• Prepare high-quality progress reports, monitor implementation pace, and maintain communication with stakeholders
• Oversee implementing partners, ensuring compliance with workplans, deliverables, and donor requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of project implementation and donor compliance, preferably with US Government awards
• Experience in complex operational contexts and ability to work independently
• Professional fluency in English and French, with a willingness to travel to Haiti up to 20% of the time
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
