Project Manager - Provider Based Clinics

Job Summary

Leading the efforts of Provider Based operations, the full-time Project Manager - Provider Based Clinics will manage and coordinate multiple projects focused on sustainability and performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead special projects and serve as the primary contact between multiple stakeholders, including ambulatory operations and clinical leadership
• Manage project communications, deliverables, deadlines, and stakeholder relationships to ensure initiatives meet targets
• Coordinate and perform onsite gap assessments for provider-based clinics and RHCs across the health system as needed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Education, Finance, or related field, or 1-2 years of experience with Medicare Provider Based and RHC regulations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in project management within healthcare settings
• Understanding of ambulatory operations, revenue cycle functions, and clinical workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
