Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Remote US.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor construction projects for clients and ensure project delivery
Manage all aspects of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk
Interface with clients to define project requirements and lead project delivery resources

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical area of study
Experience working directly for a General Contractor with project execution onsite and remotely
At least 3 years of project delivery experience managing jobs remotely and on site in occupied critical environments
Experience with third party commissioning and managing project financials
PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred
