Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines for data-driven list production
• Oversee the full lifecycle of research-driven marketing programs and structured list-generation workflows
• Serve as the primary operational liaison across internal teams and support process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in media, publishing, research, consulting, or marketing
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with overlapping deadlines
• Strong proficiency in project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred
